Returns and Exchanges
Due to products being made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size/color preferences. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Photographic proof may be required.
To initiate a return for damaged or defective items:
- Contact Our Team: Email us with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the damaged/defective item.
- Receive Instructions: We'll review your claim and provide guidance on next steps.
- Return Process: If approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item or may simply process a replacement/refund depending on the situation.
Please be aware that orders over $100 that are returned will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All over print products (marked as all over print in the name)
- Oversized button ups
- Mugs and cups
- Stickers
- Beanies and hats
- Cross-body bags
- Holiday designs
- Collaborations and fundraiser items
Refund Timeline
After reviewing your claim and any required photos, we'll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund/replacement request. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Cancellations or Modifications
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 30 minutes of placement.
